Once again, the Post Punk, rising in the U.S. and the UK, stands as a genre from the subversive movements of the 70s, a son who surpassed his father, a son more creative, more dynamic, more powerful. The Post Punk was NeoPunx exploration that would sound.

The bands in the UK stood above the rest, it had the greatest exponents of Eastern Europe, basically the groups that founded the Cold Wave that was nothing more than a depth of Dark Wave-the claustrophobic sound so characteristic of the groups who signed with Factory Records in Manchester. However, despite the critics, the British bands that stood out from the rest was not due to a factor of sound quality, or publicity, but rather contextual.

Brazil, in the southern part of the American continent, was in the decade of the 80s the country which gave birth to the best of the continent Post Punk Latin language. Among the great number of groups who were born in Brazil stands out "Fellini", those known as Joy Division Brazil.

From my point of view, maybe wrong but sincere and intercontinental herudito Post Punk, Fellini are above Joy Division as far as creativity is concerned. They fail so claustrophobic sound, nor as famous, have not as extravagant as a vocalist Ian Curtis, but they certainly are a paradigm of Rock in Brazil and the world.

The sound of the city of Manchester was essentially Grey and Black, the sound of Fellini's Yellow and Orange.
